The outside electrode M3 with sleeve is used in the complete lid assembly and is used to hold the crucible in the vessel. The outside electrode is shaped with a hook at the top that holds the crucible suspended inside the bomb vessel. Packaging: The outside electrode is packaged in 1 unit per pack.

Life Span: Depends on the samples you are testing and the amount of firings. Typically, the life span of the outside electrode is about 50 firings and should be replaced when needed.
