The linearity of the temperature sensing stems from the platinum resistance sensors.
They are not very linear, but are highly predictable.
The temperature linearity is achieved with embedded firmware inside the vessel.
The temperature range is 0-70 degree C.
TEMPERATURE ACCURACY
The temperature accuracy comes from the platinum resistance sensors, which are very stable over time. The absolute temperature accuracy is 0.01°C (maybe it is 0.001°C), however the repeatability is 0.00001°C (10ppm).
