Understanding your calorimeter is an ever-evolving process. As your applications change, so do the process of sample preparation, operating oxygen pressure and bomb vessel maintenance change.
To put your mind at easy, your calorimeter can handle tricky samples safely, so you are in good hands. The operators are the key to running successful samples, so we have devised a series of videos, starting from the simple understanding of how to operate the calorimeter. These videos are a good start, however, there comes a point where particular scenarios for your application need to be taught or demonstrated. Safety always comes first.
We are here to help and have being doing so for many years. Besides the videos, there are three ways we are able to assist you in better understanding your samples:
- Send us your sample: With your sample in hand, we are able to analyze the behavior of the burn and longevity of your main orings.
- Book an online session: We are able to walk the calorimeter operator through, online, step by step, through the correct sample preparation techniques that your sample requires.Â
